Game change 12-17-14

The varsity basketball games that were scheduled to play today against Ashland have been rescheduled due to weather conditions.  The games will be played in Ashland on Dec. 22, girls will be at 5:30 and boys will be at 7:00.

Changing Seasons

Congatulations to our boys and girls soccer teams for another successful season, We are all proud of you!  As the snow begins to fly we have now started our winter season.  Good luck to the boys and girls basketball teams and also to our boys and girls cross country ski teams.  We also have one alpine skier who will representing our school as well.  Please come out and support all of our teams!

Girls Varsity Soccer Quarter Final Game

The girls varsity soccer quarter final game will be held on Wednesday, Oct 29 at 4:00 pm in Houlton.  Girls will be leaving at 12:30.  Hope to have a few fans there to support our girls!!!

Boys and Girls Pre-lim Games

The boys and girls preliminary games have been scheduled for soccer.  These are the game times permitting the weather cooperates!!
Boys - Friday Oct. 24 at 2:00 pm
Girls - Saturday Oct. 25 at 2:00 pm

Both games will be held at the Elementary School field due to poor field conditions on our varsity field.  For any changes, I will post updates as soon as they become available!!

Game Change!

The games in Limestone have been changed to Girls at 5 and Boys at 7!!

Middle school game change

The games scheduled for Sept. 9 vs. Limestone have been moved to Sept. 17 at 3:30. 

Varsity Game Time Change

The Varsity soccer teams will be hosting Southern Aroostook tomorrow Sept. 3.  The girls will play at 4 and the boys will play at 6.

MIddle school games

We have added an extra game against Fort Kent on Sept. 6 at 10:00 am. Girls will be on the 11th ave. field and boys will be at the elementary school.  On the other hand, due to scheduling difficulties there will not be a game against Fort Fairfield in Fort Field this season.  Go Middle School!!!

Fall Sports Season Begins!!

Our fall sports season is beginning,  our first home game for Varsity soccer will be on Aug. 22 vs. Van Buren and our Middle school teams will be playing Fort Kent on Saturday at 10:00 am.  Looking forward to a great season, kids have been working hard during preseason so please come and support all of our young athletes!!!

Boys Tennis Team

The boys tennis team lost in the Eastern Maine final today for another year to George Stevens Academy.  They had a great season and represented our school with sportsmanship and pride!  Congratulations Boys!

Boys Varsity Baseball

The boys varsity baseball team lost to Orono in a prelim game yesterday.  We are all proud of the effort they game this season to advance to the play-offs!  Congratulations Boys!!

VarsityGirls Softball Team

Congratulations to the girl's varsity softball team on win against George Stevens Academy.  They will be moving on to play the number 2 seed Central High School in East Corinth, Me at 3:00 pm tomorrow June 11.  Good Luck Girls!!

Varsity Softball Prelim Game

The girls varsity softball prelim game will be on Tuesday, June 10 at 2:00 pm here in Madawaska. They will be playing against George Stevens Academy.  Come and support our girls!!!

Boys Tennis Semifinals

Boys tennis semifinals will be held on Saturday, June 7 here in Madawaska at 2:00 pm.  The team will be facing Houlton who upset the number 1 seed on Thursday.  Good Luck Owls!!!

Athletic Banquet 2014

Due to play off games in all sports, the Athletic Banquet will be held on Wednesday, June 11 at 5:00 pm.  Please come and enjoy a great meal as we celebrate the achievements of our teams and athletes for all the seasons of this school year.

Boys Varsity Baseball Prelim game

The varsity boys baseball team will be traveling to Orono High School for a prelim game on Monday, June 9 with a game start of 3:00 pm.  They will be leaving at 9:30 am from the high school.  Good Luck Boys!!!!

The boys varsity tennis team will be hosting Orono High School boys tennis team on Thursday, June 5 at 2:00 pm rain or shine. Please come support the team!!!

Game Changes

I think mother nature really needs to go on vacation!!!!  Due to lack of umpires and rescheduling conflicts the middle school games vs. Presque Isle have been cancelled and will not be rescheduled.  The middle school games vs. Wisdom will begin at 3:00 pm because of our Academic Banquet.
The varsity tennis match vs. Caribou will be held Wednesday, May 28 at 2:00 pm in Caribou. 
Due to the thunderstorm on Memorial Day the Varsity boys baseball game vs. Fort Fairfield will be played on Friday, May 30 at 4:00 pm.

Game changes for Memorial Day

The baseball/softball games scheduled for Monday, May 26 vs. Fort Fairfield will be played at 1:00 pm in Madawaska.  The tennis teams will play their match on May 26th at 4:00 pm in Caribou.  If it rains we plan on moving to Florida!!!!! Go Owls!

Middle School Games vs. Wisdom for May 21

The middle school baseball and softball games vs. Wisdom will be a double header.  They will consist of 2-5 inning games.  The games will start at 3:30 pm.

The tennis match scheduled for today in Van Buren has been postponed to Thursday, May 22 same time, same place

The middle school games scheduled for May 2 have been moved to May 28 at Wisdom with both games being at 4:00 pm.

Middle School game change

The middle school baseball/softball games scheduled for Wednesday vs. Limestone will be played in Limestone at 3:30.  The game scheduled for May 12 will be a home game vs. Limestone.

Varsity game changes

The Varsity baseball and softball games scheduled for tomorrow will be played in Fort Fairfield at 4:00 pm.  The game scheduled on May 26 against Fort Fairfield will be home.  Please continue to look on this site for game updates because there will be plenty!!!!!

Spring Sports

Spring sports are now underway.  The weather will pose an interesting challenge to our spring sports season this year.  There have already been changes in the schedule.  For any changes please look to this site for any information.  We will all have to be flexible and maybe even a little creative. Please remember to always give your best effort and have fun!!!  Good luck to all teams!

Winter Sports Season Ends

Congratulations to another great winter sport season.  Thank you  to all the athletes for representing our school with integrity and respect.  Mr. Dean Gendreau, Mr. Don Deschenes, Mr. Tom Gerard, Mr. Andre Roy, and Mr. Colin Jandreau thank you for coaching in your respective sports.  Your time, effort, and genuine love for the sport and kids makes a great combination!!!!  A la prochaine!!!

Change in ski meets

The middle school ski meet scheduled for today in Presque Isle has been cancelled due to the winter storm.  It will be rescheduled at a later date.  The middle school meet on Wednesday in Presque Isle  will be a regular ski meet and not a championship.
The high school ski meet scheduled for Tuesday, Jan 28th has been moved to Friday Jan. 31st due to sub zero temperatures forecasted for Tuesday.

The middle school skiing meet scheduled for today in Presque Isle has been cancelled due to the cold temperatures.  A meet has been scheduled for Jan. 27th instead with girls beginning at 3:30 and boys following. Go Middle School!!!!

The varsity basketball game vs. Houlton Christian Academy has been postponed due to weather.  The game will be made up on Thursday, Jan. 16 at UMPI.  Girls will play at 5:30 and boys will play at 7:00.
