The following Madawaska Teams have games/meets today:

1. Middle School Nordic @ Caribou High School for a Classical race starting at 4:00.  (Bus departure from MES @ 1:45 and from MMHS @ 2:00.)

2. High School Nordic @ Nordic Heritage in PI for a 5K freestyle at 3:00. (Bus departure from MMHS @ 12:45.)

Madawaska Sports Today: January 10, 2013

The following Madawaska teams have games today:

1. Middle School Girls B-Team vs. Fort Fairfield.  This is a 4:00 home game at MES.

2. Middle School Boys B-Team vs. Fort Fairfield.  This is a 5:30 home game at MES.

These are the final games of the Middle School Basketball season.  Thank you to coach Tom Gerard and coach André Roy for a great job this season.  Also, thank you to coach Ben Gagnon and coach Dom Rossignol for your help as assistants.  The kids enjoyed their season very much.

Pictured above is Madawaska High School's only Alpine (downhill) skier for the 2012-2013 school year, freshman Julia Richards.  Julia recently placed in the top ten (6th and 3rd) at a slalom race in Fort Kent.  Great job Julia!

Nordic Ski Race

Madawaska will be hosting a 3k Freestyle Ski race on Thursday, January 3 @ 3:00pm at the Four Season's trails. Come brave the cold and support our skiers!
